This is a 1973 Triumph TR6 which I received as part of a trade. The previous owner is a friend who is very much into cars (owns a Lamborghini Miura and a vintage Rolls Royce). He owned this TR6 for over 12 years. The engine was completely rebuilt approx 1000 miles ago and is nicely detailed, the clutch was also replaced, new front suspension, very good tires, front and rear bumpers were recently done to show quality by Graves Plating, new wood in dash, wheels painted with new chrome rims, exterior paint is about 10 years old and still has plenty of shine, excellent soft top, wood steering wheel (original also included) interior in very good condition... plus much more to list. This is a well documented southern car and has always been rust free.
It is missing the plastic front spoiler (available from Moss Motors) and the spare tire. The door gaps are a bit off, hood and trunk gaps are fine.
My friend had a lot of money invested in this car. There are $18,000 in restoration receipts which do not include the cost for the paint or interior ... nor the initial cost of the car! I am sure he had close to $30,000 in the car once you add everything.
