Gun metal grey with deep red hides
This is a very early series 1 3.8 roadster with the outside bonnet latches, welded bonnet louvers and flat floors. The body on this car is extremely nice and rust free, as can be seen by the undercarriage photos. Paint is good but not show quality. Chrome and glass are very nice. All gauges, switches and accessories (except clock) in working order. The major interior kit was just installed using proper materials and patterns for a 1961 e-type. This included new wood for the seat frames and the aluminum trim pieces for the console.
Mechanically the engine is in great condition with very good oil pressure. The compression was tested on Dec 5 and found to be excellent .... 1=158, 2=158, 3=159, 4=159, 5=162, 6=160
